Short version: the only personal information collected here is what you type into a form, it goes to one company, and it never goes to analytics.
Who is responsible

What is collected
Estimate requests
When you use the estimate request form, the following is collected: your name, email address, an optional phone number, your city or ZIP code, whether the project is roofing, siding or both, your project description, your preferred contact method, and which page you submitted from.
That record is delivered to BOLD Brothers Roofing & Exteriors and stored privately in this website’s database. Only authorised people at BOLD can read it. It is used to respond to your request about your project, and for nothing else.
Messages to the publication
The contact form collects your name, email address, subject and message, stored the same way and used to reply to you.
What is not done with it
- Form contents are never sent to analytics tools.
- You are not enrolled in newsletters or unrelated marketing by submitting a form.
- Your information is not sold, rented, or shared with other contractors.
- No lead data or credentials appear anywhere in this website’s public code.
Measurement
Aggregate measurement may be used to understand which pages are useful — page views, search queries that led to the site, whether a form submission succeeded. That is counted at the page level. The contents of your form are not included in it.
Spam protection
Forms include a hidden field and a timing check to block automated submissions. Both operate on the submission itself and collect nothing additional about you.
Retention
Estimate requests and messages are kept as long as needed to respond and to keep a record of the project enquiry. You can ask for your record to be deleted by writing to the publication through the contact page, and it will be deleted unless it is part of an active project agreement.
Project stories
Customer names and exact addresses are not published in project stories unless publication is authorised, and customer quotes appear only with permission and attribution. See the editorial policy.
Cookies
This site does not use advertising or cross-site tracking cookies. Any storage used is functional — keeping the site working and, for authorised editors, keeping them signed in.
